Alloy 31 N08031 1.4562 is a nitrogen-containing iron-nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy. Its properties lie between super austenitic stainless steels and existing nickel-based alloys. It is suitable for chemical and petrochemical, environmental engineering, oil and gas production and other industrial fields.
Features
Alloy 31 N08031 1.4562 has excellent corrosion resistance in halide media (whether acidic or basic), sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid at any concentration. At the same time, it has excellent resistance to localized and uniform corrosion in chlorine dioxide bleaching medium and reducing and oxidizing environments. And alloy 31 is easy to machine and weld.
